Our mission is to bridge the gap between government auctions and commercial customers by refurbishing and reselling equipment and property. We also offer military veteran consultation to businesses looking to benefit from our expertise.
Sustainability and Success — What We Do
Every year, thousands of surplus items are sold through local, state, and federal government auctions. These items may include office equipment, vehicles, electronics, furniture, and more.
Our organization covers the costs of the bid and encumbrance, if necessary, and then refurbishes equipment or property to list for sale with commercial customers.
We communicate with customers through property brokers and established resellers like Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Cars.com, and Ebay.com to ensure that our surplus items reach the widest possible audience.
Meet the Co-Owners
Our co-owners are SFC Melanie E. Christian, USA, retired, and CW4 Limari K. Williams, who bring decades of military and business experience to the table.
SFC Christian is responsible for finding, evaluating, and purchasing property, while CW4 Williams is responsible for refurbishing, listing, and selling the property.
Together, they ensure that every customer receives the highest level of service and quality.
